What is The PDR 20 Group?

The PDR 20 Group is a group of up to 20 NON-COMPETING PDR companies from all over the country coming together to help each other build and grow their businesses.

-We meet virtually once a month for about 2 hours in the evening.

-The format of these meetings are like this, the first half is usually an actionable lesson/technique/idea that you can take back to your company and put in play right away.

-The second half of the meeting is dedicated to a Mastermind setting where one or two members get their own hot seat to work on whatever they want to while getting the collective knowledge and feedback of the entire group.

-We also meet in person 3 times per year, these usually coincide with larger PDR events. There is a speaker or service that kicks things off and then you really get to experience the power of an in person mastermind with the entire group.

Is The 20 Group for you?

You may ask yourself if the PDR 20 Group is something you can learn from? It absolutely is. We are not looking for the smartest person in the room, and by the same token we are not looking for the sponge who has nothing to bring to the table. The PDR 20 Group works on a give and take principle.

Here is what we don’t want: Someone who thinks they have nothing to learn. I want to talk with those of you who may be a little to humble about what you have to offer. You have value and great information that can be shared and used to help others grow. You are not expected to contribute every month, but don’t sell yourself short. You, and everyone in the group have knowledge to share.

This is a place to come in, sit back, make new friends, share, and learn.. Everyone who is a part of the PDR 20 Group will be included in a private facebook group that is always available. You also will have one on one coaching sessions with me and if you’re nervous about speaking to the group, we will work on building your confidence and before you know it, you’ll be dropping knowledge inside the group!

How Our PDR 20 Group Works

So now that you have an idea how a 20 group works, let me explain how our PDR 20 Group will work, and what that looks like for you.

We will meet virtually, once a month, on the second Tuesday of the month. It runs about 2 hours, so it is a commitment. We start around 8pm Eastern time. The idea around this is, Those of us on the Eastern side of the country won’t be nodding off, and for those on the West coast, it is late enough in the day, that you are able to put in a full day’s work.

We kick off the meeting with a few “wins” from the month like what’s going on, who’s excited about what? Then we jump right into a lesson which is an actionable item where you can take something you’ve learned and can implement in your business the next day and see growth. Next, we have what we call a Mastermind. We usually have one or two people in the group sit in the “hot seat” separately so you each have your own time. While you are in the hot seat, you can talk or ask questions about anything. The floor is yours. Want to talk about something personal? Great…want to talk business? That’s great too. The mastermind is a safe place. It is imperative that anything said during the mastermind is kept confidential. Before every hot seat, I will give a reminder. Nothing said in the hot seat leaves the mastermind, without the permission of the one in the hot seat. If you need a reminder, the group is probably not for you. Integrity and trust are necessary for the group to work. We have a zero tolerance policy on this. We will do this 12 times per year, on the second Tuesday of each month.

We also will meet 3 times a year in person. We try to schedule these around PDR events so it makes sense not to add a trip, but to add a day to an already planned trip. Covid has definitely thrown a wrench into the works, but we are making it happen. The in person events are pretty cool. We have a non industry key speaker. Then we break out into a big round table mastermind getting feedback from everyone.
